The splash guard is designed to keep you riding, even when the roads are wet or slushy. The fender is formed when the water proof fabric with an edge stiffener is pulled down over the frame wheel guard. The guard protects from splashing that comes from under the cycle. The rider is further protected by a cover that extends from the rear dry bag to the front of the frame. The dry bag has semi hard floor, a volume of approximately 2 cubic ft, and has a full zipper to close the top. The recumbent fenders and dry bag can be easily removed, folded and stored when the weather turns nice.
